• Check in is 3:00 p.m., Check Out is 11:00 a.m
• Reservations require a payment of at least one nights room rate and tax.
• Cancellations affect us greatly in that we are a small Inn. If it is necessary to cancel, we require a 30 day notice prior to your schedule arrival. If the cancellation regrets are within the 30 days, a one night fee will be applicable and charged accordingly.
• Weekends and Holidays are subject to a minimum stay requirement between May 1st and November 30th. Holiday weekends may be subject to a higher room rate.
• Cash or a Visa/Master Card are accepted.
• The Inn is a non-smoking facility and the grounds have limited areas away from the premises and other guests for that activity as designated by the Innkeepers.
• Children under the age of 12 are not appropriate unless the entire Inn is rented by the same party. (Please note that other guests are here for the solitude that Dundee Manor offers them!)
• Accommodations can be made for animals near by or other arrangements made. We have two Boarder Collies outside in a contained area as it is!
• The Inn Keepers reserve the right to refuse reservations or service as they see fit.
• We observe a 11 p.m. quiet time for the benefit of our quests who have turned in for the night.
